Exhibition Statement: This show is about the connection of Art and Music. Music is a form of Art. It's almost like you couldn't have one with out the other. Music and art together move us in a way that will forever be unknown. Imagine yourself, now imagine yourself in black and white, now imagine yourself if you were to disappear, that is art without music and music without art.

What is the connection between the works that you are showing? Well there's the "blues" section, the "metal" section, the "rock", the "rap", and the "instrumental" section. Each of these are a play on words. Blues = blue paintings or things that are blue, Metal is any welding or scrap metal work, the Rock section is just that, things made from rocks, the "rap" section is made up of plastic wrap, saran wrap, and tape, Instrumental = art pieces made from instruments.

What was your process in selecting the artists in terms of the theme? Well the theme just hit me, I was in the car listening to the radio, and thought "Rock, Hey that's a pun. I shall use it." So then it became the theme of the show.
